Thank you for all the work you have done on our slate roof.  As you well know the work which had been done in previous years by other companies was mediocre at best.

I truly appreciate the effort it takes to train a crew of men to do excellent work on each job.  The slate roof looks better now that it has in years and the stainless steel gutters at the Woods Branch match the old ones perfectly.
